This has been the best purchase. I bought this for our travel trailer. Sometimes we leave the dogs in the trailer while we go out and they sometimes cannot wait until we get back. They love to use the green grass to potty. I do not have to get up in the middle of the night to take them out to pee. They just use the PetZoom pet park. I put a puppy pad between the grass and the pan and just throw it away after they use it. When we get home we hose it off and store it ready for the next trip. This product works great for my Chihuahua. I wanted it so I could avoid having to take my pet out in snowy and rainy weather. I had tried unsuccessfully the pee pads, but when I put this down she pottied right away. She even sits on it sometimes, which makes me think she thinks it is grass! It is portable enough to move around the house if necessary. The quality of the tray is good. I can see where the grass part may need to be replaced eventually as it sheds a tiny bit when I wash it but replacement pads are available directly from PetZoom.
